Archive view currently lists polls in oldest first older. IMO, this is backwards.
Defaults /polls page doesn’t show anything with no active poll. This needs to improve, like showing the most recently active poll.
It should be easier to link and share polls

would be nice to adjust current design to be able to store what people voted for (for their reference sake, not ours), atm we can just highlight that they have voted.
also need to wrap some of the current voting routines with transactions, incase one call fails it can uncommit the rest
would be nice to attach polls to clans, so they can host their own polls
