Change from xPaw PHP Query to GameQ #32

Well, GameQ supports more servers than xPaw's script. This includes Killing Floor, of course: source based games. https://cenobite.swordfischer.com/gameq/list.php

Currently I am running the old one from SourceForge, zzz.. But I'll look into getting the gitified version onto the server and use that instead.

Succesfully moved from SourceQuery to GameQ.

Changes: Site now uses GameQ for GameServer Querying. Added 'Padlock' image for Password Protected Servers. Modified output of Games to better reflect actual game (Team Fortress is now known as Team Fortress 2 and killingfloor is now known as Killing Floor) servers2.txt is now known as /var/www/dev.steamlug.org/serverlist.txt
