Does not work with Windows Version of SC2K #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to use the dll with the Windows version of Sim City 2000

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 256 color palette swap based animations should work. They do not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0, Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

ddhack is not meant to be used on windows xp, and windows xp should run this 
game just fine natively.

Sigh, yes, it runs it natively, however, if your video card doesn't support 256 
color mode anymore, you can't run it natively on XP, and ddhack works for other 
games e.g. WC for this purpose on XP. I will admit that due to the fact that 
this is not by design, expecting it to work or be fixed tho would be stupid of 
me,, so let's drop that.

HOWEVER:
I just did a test on Win 7, and it doesn't work their either. :)
