Players time out
Game tries to run military conflicts
Game can answer queries about end-state of game
Game discards cards in a more sane place, subsequently discards cards at end of game

Whoops, thought this had already been merged.

Now also features theoretically complete API/impl for SevenWondersGame and Player, though they rely on incomplete implementations.
