Fix Crimson Heart's relationship to recalc_debuff and fix Crimson Heart's bugs #145

Crimson Heart does not play well with the new recalc_debuff() function, and it's also bugged.

Also, maybe add reason for debuffs so Matador knows if the card was debuffed by the blind
