how to build the webrtc native api source? #413

I have built the libjingle source successfully using swtoolkit. But it seems 
that it didn't compile the source code in app/webrtc. I just want to kown how 
to build the webrtc native api source.

I don't know if this can help you but I compiled webrtc source as explained in 
this link: http://www.webrtc.org/reference/getting-started
I also would like to know the relationship between libjingle and webrtc. Who 
uses who? I mean, libjingle has this folder "app/webrtc" and webrtc has 
libjingle in its third_party folder...so who uses who?
