Clicking elsewhere on form does not activate map #14

Edited both mapPage and itemRequest to remove SwitchApp behavior. While submitting a form, clicking in the white area does not activate background behavior.
Note: Could wait to merge after I spruce up the UI a bit. The form is kind of ugly and does not allow for photo submission right now.

I can make another ticket for fixing up the rest of the UI with the same theme as I was going with, since it's unrelated to this. I only didn't build a new UI for the submission page because I couldn't pull up the map
