Build Chat UI #27

[ ] Chat page that shows log of messages with another user
[ ] Page with your conversations that you can click into

Should try to look for an existing UI we can poach or something probably and then fit it to our theme

Doing some research in preparation for this weekend. We can use a premade UI from a library (seems to be getting updated pretty frequently): here, or we could look to build it all from the ground up.

Other requirements to note about chat functionality:

Users should NOT be able to randomly chat with other users.
Clicking on post and then chatting, creates chat session with users
Clicking on post and then chatting, should automatically send which post and information about the item
Chat persistence locally (even if they don't have connection we should store some of the messages)
Chat UI should have title related to description of the item
Should have two pages (one with the messages, the other showing a list of people chatted with)

Other potential nice to haves (mostly out of scope however):

Ability to delete chat messages
Ability to block users
Ability to search messages
