Added functionality to ItemRequest

I added the following functionality:

Redesigned form
Cleaned up the code in ItemRequest.dart
Added upload image from device functionality and upload to firebase (some changes still needed here to determine optimal call and file structure)
Added splash screen on loads as well
Also added an "X" to navigate back to map page with a refresh of markers
