Developed PFP Page UI #56

Small note: this branch is based off of appUserRefactoring. Some of the changes present in this branch are actually native to appUserRefactoring, and will disappear when we merge #55

Changes

Built ProfilePage to display the signed in user. Added a section to show their recent post, and created buttons to link to different places (settings, log out, list of the user's created posts). not all of these buttons actually go places, but I think that's fine. If its not we can simply comment out for now.
