There are random moments where the English phrases of FF2 will suddenly turn Russian, and then back again.

Chances are a %t is used where a %T should be at some point.

Do these random Russian phrases happen at specific times? (Certain events / text areas on screen)

Can't tell. I think the last time it happened, I was just running.
