Artillery basic AI

Thinking something like neutral ships that retreat towards the nearest base that could have turrets in the future or maybe a shield that the enemy can't enter unless they destroy some sort of shield generator?

Attacking ships that will charge towards the target then circle the target.

Some sort of aggressive, defensive and hold position mode that can be set for each ship.

Not concerning ourselves with formations at this point.
