Updated the getting-started guide for Steeltoe v3.2-rc and .NET 6.

Reflected API changes from the new Steeltoe version
Updated for .NET 6 and VS 2022 (including screenshots)
Reversed order of adding DbContext.cs and TodoItem.cs to avoid compile error
Restored commented-out instructions to run SQL Server
Fixes around master/main branch in Config Server
Spelling corrections from Grammarly
