Fixed broken links #264

Fixes broken anchor links in markdown files and DocFX warnings for article links.

@hananiel The next link is still broken, I don't know where it is supposed to point to:

api/v3/messaging/rabbitmq-intro.md#L135: Invalid file link: ~/api/v3/messaging/rabbitmq-host.md

Do you know how to fix this?

I think this commit deleted the file but did not delete the link. But II think its useful to have that extra explanation - as long as the code listing is accurate.

@dtillman do you remember what your thinking was when you deleted rabbitmq-host.md? Did you feel it was superfluous?
