Global style update #281

Added numerical table of contents, adjusted spacing, added light mode terminal, removed right affix

I know @Layla-P hates the right-hand menu, but is there some alternative to removing it entirely? Some of the larger pages like this one will just be a wall of text at that point with nothing besides the browser's search to find anything

I would like the submenu to come under the left hand side. I think that's how it's done on Spring. I think the content is necessary but having a menu on either side of the content seems unnecessary.

I tried moving the right affix to the left, under the table of contents. Would something like this work? @TimHess @Layla-P

http://localhost:8082/api/v3/configuration/kubernetes-providers.html is a good example of how it would work.

If this works, I can proceed with it and clean up the styles a bit more.

I also killed the hover state on the blog page.

Hey @jesse-martinez, that looks like a huge improvement to me, please do continue!

I suspect you already know this, but I did notice the copy button has lost all contrast in the code snippets with the change from dark to light:
