Do you think the EF Core connector sample for PostgreSQL should be updated accordingly?

I do think the EF Core connector sample would be good to add... feel free to take a look at doing that.

@dtillman and I discussed my review feedback in a meeting. We agreed I will make minor changes and update the EF Core example accordingly, once my system is set up to access our TAP environment.
