st --version should report version as per build

Version is always 1.0.0 whereas it should be related to build version, e.g. 0.5.1403 from build of the same name.

Builds now show product version. CI builds also in include build link:

% st --version
0.5.0 (build 1430 -> https://dev.azure.com/SteeltoeOSS/Steeltoe/_build/results?buildId=1430)
