To support the Golos version (Russian), and potentially any other language, we should take out all English language string literals and replace with a translations database.
I suggest we use POEditor for this, it works well, exports directly to GitHub and is free to use, with certain restrictions.
Should add separate ticket to create language selection method, and to translate for each desired language, certainly Russian at least
