Default and custom breaktime #17

Currently the breaktime (which is a checkbox) is always set to 30 minutes. But people all over the world have different break times.

We have to setup a default breaktime into the SettingsView. We can also set a custom breaktime with a long click on the breaktime checkbox. A Dialog should appear were you can select your break time.

New decision: For a more generic solution we will remove the break time. A user have only add there workingtime in the timetrackview.
