We need to use some parts of https://github.com/Stefal/build/blob/master/packages/bsp/common/usr/lib/armbian/armbian-firstlogin to ask for timezone and language choice during the first rtkbase user login.

We should not ask for the timezone during the first rtkbase user login, but add this setting on the web frontend.
