Documentation for acquiring precise base coordinates #233

Describe the feature you'd like. Add documentation on how to start with post-processing of the base station data to get the precise location. This can be hard for non-french beginners to find out.

Documentation TODO:

Explain in English on how to do gps archive logging
How to convert log to rinex
Link some sites for converting rinex file to precise location

Note that this is already done in French on here

Hi @GwnDaan

There are two important subjects:

Translating the french doc to english
Choosing the right Coordinate Reference System for each country

In France we use RGF93 which is near equal to ETRF2000.
