Intergrate PCM Extract into MISRC extract #12

As we now have 2 versions with the PCM1802 IC intergrated directly for 2ch and 4ch, intergrating the extraction into the toolchain natively makes ease of use far better and streamlines workflow.

If using the Tang Nano board is a success there might be an even better way: I could output a divided clock (for example 20 MHz), this way there is no need for brute-forcing the data extraction, as it should be perfectly in sync with the clock
