openHAB 4 compatibility. #15

openHUB 4 compatibility established.

Since the endpoint /rest/bindings no longer exists in openHAB 4, the query changed to the endpoint /rest/addons.

Since the endpoint /rest/addons under openHAB 3 only shows the marketplace and manually install addons, the endpoint /rest/bindings is additionally queried when using openHAB 3.

Please be kind that is my first pullrequest :)

I tried the index.html patch , and I love it! Maybe can now move to OH4 -- Thx for your contribution
