dexcom_reader: add Windows USB support #5

dexcom_reader only implements support for OS X and Linux. Implements Windows support and send pull request to original author.

Not sure this is really a priority, given the target platform is the raspberry pi linux, but I suppose for windows developers out there, this would be nice ;-)

I agree, it's not a priority for the Pi project. From the little bit of fiddling I did to get it working in Windows, though, it's reasonably trivial to implement, and there's something appealing about being able to offer the product on any OS. I'm specifically thinking of people that can't/won't afford the hardware to get a Pi, but have a laptop at home they could use. It's a limited scenario, but they could use the tool for nighttime monitoring, which could be really appealing to parents who worry about their kids' diabetes during the night.
