Add localization to demo project as a proof of concept for en-US and de-DE.

Requirements

[x] #7
[ ] en-US should be the default locale, preferably using JSON files as source material
[ ] users should be able to switch the language in the settings menu
[ ] add facilities to translate text both in TS and HTML

[ ] Use markdown files for textual content, see also: ngx-markdown

@KidBased You can start working on this issue as soon as PR #10 got merged

@KidBased Because a lot of changes have taken place since December 15, it's better to resume this work once issue #18 has been resolved. We will keep the branch localization in the meantime, but it would be better to create a new branch in the future once everything else is ready.
