[Feature request] Choosing video and audio quality for all the files at once #78

Describe the solution you'd like I like the idea of choosing the quality of either video or audio but we can only do that when clicking on each file instead of all the files together at once. There is an option for "best and worst" but most of the time at least personally I want a custom quality (i.e. 192kbps with audio or 1080p with video when it's a 4k video)

Additional context Here's an example where it could be really useful: if I want to download a full YouTube playlist and convert it to MP3 but I want to save space whilst keeping a decent quality I could put "192k" as an option instead of having to do it for each file I'm downloading.

I would also really like that, there is a bit of an UX issue here that it is hard to make an easy UI for many videos. Not all videos support the same resolutions.

I think with yt-dlp format selection we could support options like „the best quality up to 1080p“
