Add plugin to structure #8

This PR adds the generated code from Plugin Builder to the code and restructures the whole code to allow the plugin to read and import the WINMOL modules easily.

This is a draft and work in progress PR. Should not be merged yet.

Wir würden diesen branch / PR gerne in den main mergen. Ist dies aus deiner Sicht ok? Den derzeit aktuellen Stand von des main branches habe ich als tag https://github.com/StefanReder/WINMOL_Analyzer/releases/tag/codebase verfügbar gemacht, sodass du dir die Code Base zum Stand 28.11.2023 immer wieder laden kannst
