Moon phases may be incorrect #11

When comparing Gocal's moon phases with another source the phases did not match.

I am not immediately disabling moon phases for good, although I found little use for them and they have been added out of appreciation for astronomic algorithms, not because they have any practical utility (unless you are interested in tides).

Moonphases have now been re-implemented. Now moonphases are also printed on neighbor month. I am not sure I like that... I think I am going to disable those.
