Tank selector in create measurement does not show added tanks in same session #107

Describe the bug Currently the user needs to relogin

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Register a new user account
  2. new user creates a tank
  3. new user wants to add a measurement to new tank
  4. See error: you can not select the just creates tank

Expected behavior New tanks should be available immediately without the need to relogin.
