User can add a plague occurance and duration

For the records I (as a user) would like to remember the

• plague type
• startet at
• endet at ( overall duration)

but also the ability to add the currently observed progress of the plague for a specific day. Level should be something like:

• First spots visible
• seems to be spreading
• growing seems to stop
• slowly retreating
• vanished

Also not for BI but for personal records a free text field, where I can leave some notes (e.g. describing treatment)
