Add missing Parameter: Salinity #123

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Salinity is an important parameter, we seem to have forgotten to add it as parameter for the start.

Describe the solution you'd like Extent the measurement units with the parameter salinity. So that users are able to add salinity as measurement.

Already done in production via sql script. Will join the repo with checkin / merge of the plague center branch.
