Display conversion infos via measurements description in "take measurement" dialog #74

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The problem is I18n. As the measurement unit differs and sabi it taking SI units the user needs to calculate the conversion.

Describe the solution you'd like At least I would expect that I get the info that e.g. 1°dH is 0.178 mml/l CAO3

Describe alternatives you've considered Premium solution would be to have a specific calculator, or that I can input the values as I'm used to in my country and sabi does the translation in the background.

Also it would be nice to let the users know, why we currently have the translation here.
