For those users it might be easy to enhance their monitoring system to feed sabi.
The user could generate an API key (stored in his/hers userprofile for a specific tank and measurement unit) which in turn can then be used to automatically post some measurements to sabi (of curse the measure rate should be limited to protect sabi, lets say with a 12hours gap)
