Get scientific advise according SI standards on measurement units #80

Before starting we need to check, if we have chosen the right units to suit international standards and verfiy the right conversion factors.

To do so we need to check with a marine biologist.

SI -> ISO-30 -> ISO/CD 80000-1:2009 We seem to require following the last one.

Unfortunately the specification is copyrighted, so the other approach could be to just start and change the SI units on demand. After discussion with the user base.

Unfortunatley I didn't get any help on that topic. So I decide to continue with the best guess.
