predb.ovh do not exist anymore.

@SteffenLoges there is https://predb.club/, was that already considered?

Seems to be the successor for predb.ovh and has the same API, although the example from https://github.com/SteffenLoges/atus/blob/e8eb6a311b5e896ab40f1025caed6d5a4c9252f4/backend/predb/external.go#L17 doesn't seem to work, maybe there was data loss:

Looks promising, but is missing a ton of releases. I was considering implementing predb.net, but I just started a new job and really don't have much spare time. I will try to look into it this weekend, no promises though. Feel free to create a PR :)
