Can not install on Win 10 #149

I can not install 3.0.2 on my Win 10 machine. The installer starts and hangs. Message comes up that the installer is no longer responding. I've downloaded from two different browsers without any luck. File size is 156,372 KB

Heyho,

installer issues are always a bit difficult to assist in as we depent on third party packaging tools. Do you try to install to the provided default location? If yes my only idea left would be that some anti-malware engine is going a bit crazy during the installation. If no please try the default location first.

If nothing helps we could provide a portable .zip package.

By chance do I need to uninstall the old version first? I tried turning off all antivirus and malware software and I came up with the same results...it wouldn't install.

For anyone with the same problem, I uninstalled the version I had, and it installed fine after that.
