Multiple ME Control #185

Hello all, Unless I've completely missed how to, I cannot figure out what to do to change things on other ME's othe than ME1. For example; how can I set input 2 to program on ME2? How can I use USK 2 on ME3?

We don't support multiple ME's yet, it's been sitting as a feature request for a while. See #11.
