Handle getUpdates returning None #57

@FuckPtero reported on Telegram that bot.getUpdates() returned None instead of an empty list.

I could not reproduce.

Is it a setup error? 🤔

It was solved by creating a new bot token, and using that instead. The mystery deepens.
