Manage IBS TH1-Plus models

This PR intends to fix the #9 issues

• Manage the internal sensor when the external probe is connected by introducing a new Temperature service
• Bypass CRC check for now, when external probe is connected

@hadjedjvincent: Hi Vincent, I merged your pull request. Thanks a lot for your help! I will upload a new version 0.5 including your work and some more changes. The internal and external sensor in one accessory makes problems with the fakegato history view. I guess it just can't manage an accessory with two temperature sensors. That's why I changed to choosing which sensor you like to see. If you want to have both sensors, just configure two accessories with the same MAC (one internal and one external sensor). Then you can also give them different names and the history works...
