again there is not enough quota per day #54

for a long time there was enough daily quota for everyone, but now when I plan to upload a video, I already get an error that the limit for today has already ended :(

Hi @dixon215 I have seen that the limit has been approaching but I have not had time to apply for more. I will send in the form for more quota today.
