Thank you for the bug report. The use of the "As a...: column signifies the target audience of the user story. The inclusion of the column follows the proper formatting of the user story. It is a cosmetic preference and thus, we believe the bug is beyond the scope mentioned.

Additionally, it follows that the user story format should include the aforementioned format:

Reason for disagreement: I do not think your user stories follows the 3rd point of matching each other, if its just any kind of user, there is no info to do any form of matching. Thus though can agree to lower the severity, i still think its not a good practice for user guide, thus still a documentation bug.
