Design Enhancement for Updates and Executive Body Sections

Projects Section: The updates section of our landing page needs to be redesigned to improve user experience and visual appeal. We aim to implement a layout similar to the tabs component in Aceternity UI (link: https://ui.aceternity.com/components/tabs).

Requirements:

• Implement a tabbed layout for the projects section.
• Each tab should represent a different category or ongoing projects.
• Users should be able to easily switch between tabs to view different types of ongoing or completed projects.
• Ensure responsiveness across various screen sizes and devices.

Executive Body Section: The executive body section of our landing page requires a design enhancement to improve its visual presentation and user engagement. We want to incorporate a sticky scroll reveal effect similar to the one demonstrated in the Aceternity UI (link: [https://ui.aceternity.com/components/sticky-scroll-reveal]).

Requirements:

• Implement a sticky scroll reveal effect for the executive body section.
• As users scroll down the page, the executive body section should gradually reveal itself in a visually appealing manner.
• Ensure smooth transitions and compatibility with different browsers.
