PSA Connected Car - B2C

I'm trying to make my own app for my new Opel Corsa E and I'm having troubles following this guide.

Everything goes fine until I want to retrieve my vehicles, because in step 1.3 it describes that you should subscribe to a plan named Connected Car - B2C, but I am unable to find this plan.

All authentication steps are going perfectly fine and I'm able to get all the necessary authentication steps completed. The vehicle endpoint obviously returns the following output, since I'm not subscribed:

Am I missing something? I just want to access the API to start developing my own app, so even an API with dummy data would be ok.

Just wanted to add that I am able to use this repository to connect to my car and perform API calls, will inspect code later when I have more time.

Was also curious if this API will ever be released. Other businesses / service can access car data but the end customer still cant. Seems a bit of a weird step to take.

As a customer, I'm really disappointed and cannot understand why PSA/Stellantis would still refuse to publish this. It's been at least two years! Any end user wanting an API is going to be able to deal with some bugs and an unpolished product, we'd just like to get our hands on whatever is ready now.

B2C does not generate any revenue, while B2B does with those paid plans they sell.
