streamline interactive mode for HeNeAr fit #23

interactive mode should be re-done, showing

  1. panel of HeNeAr spectrum with lines to pick by clicking on them (already have)
  2. able to delete lines by clicking on them again (already have)
  3. sub-panel with wavelength residual as a function of wavelength (have later on)
  4. able to click in sub panel to adjust fit order and update everything (need!)

I'd rather just put my effort in to the automatic mode. Nuts to this
