No idea if this has anything to do with this mod or if it's just another regular Stellaris bug.
In my current game I'm fighting the Prethoryn with fleets composed mostly of destroyers using arc emitters and some disruptors.
When their jump drive is on cooldown (speed penalty?) they hold at a short distance and fire as expected, without this they fly right up to the Prethoryn starbases and circle it at close range which apparently prevents them from firing their Arc Emitters, and thus dealing very little damage.
Their computer is set to artillery.
