Rising Unemployment warning firing frequently #25

In my current playthrough I'm frequently getting Rising Unemployment events for planets without any unemployment.

There usually is some amount of crime on these planets, or possibly due to a pop growing and immediately resetlling?

Thanks for pointing this out!

We've overhauled how crime works. And we even changed most of the localization. But I forgot to change the "Rising Unemployment" event title, which is horrendously inappropriate now that unemployment is nearly impossible in Immortal under normal circumstances... I actually fixed it last night. It'll say "Rising Crime" going forward.

All of this is only semi-relevant, however. We're not thrilled with the current (mostly vanilla) collection of crime events. We'll be replacing the entire system with all-new events in the future.

The text is fixed but the event does seem to fire a bit too often. I just got it three times for the same planet during about half the time it takes to construct precinct houses on said planet. Maybe add a cooldown timer to it?

That's odd, since it already shouldn't for lunch fire if its modifier is already applied, and I also thought there was some sort of cooldown. I'll definitely look into it this week!
