[BUG] : Synthetic Ascension Assimilation Living Standard Doesn't! #535

When using the synthetic ascension perk. The special project works fine and converts my existing pops into synths, but the assimilation living standard for new pops only converts them into cyborgs, who also have the assimilation living standard.

Expected Behavior

Assimilation Living Standard should convert pops into synths.

Current Behavior

Non-cyborg pops get converted to cyborgs cyborgs remain at assimilation living standard indefinitely.

Steps to Reproduce

Error log attached, but I did not spot anything obvious. I have uploaded the save to the channel in discord.

I was running the reborn modpack. I have the same issue with the reborn mods disabled, but obviously the damage may already have been done by that point.

I'll look into assimilation. I changed how it works a little bit, but this isn't a consequence I expected...
