Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to see the result of the models of asteroids and other objects in detail (eg Earth, Mars, Moon). For asteroids I don't see how to approach it.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to Ctrl-G (jump to surface of selected object), introduce a jump to an initial distance above surface and look down. Include the possibility to change altitude and direction of looking

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

This is a far-out continuation of the observer concept. You could e.g. create a "Vesta observer" in ssystem_minor.ini (just copy earth observer and edit the obvious entries). The current implementation is incomplete insofar as the navigation around the parent object is weird. You cannot really control view orientation. When this has been solved, we may invite ourselves (or others?) to add some jump-around in the solar system.

The simpler approach for seeing the 3D objects was just to scale them up.
