Changing location with RemoteControl API does not change location info in the GUI #1302

Closed kwahoo2 closed 2 years ago

kwahoo2 commented 4 years ago

Expected Behaviour

After changing location (latitude, longitude or altitude) using RemoteControl API eg.

curl -d "latitude=62" http://localhost:8090/api/location/setlocationfields

latitude (or longitude, altitude) value in the location window and bottom bar tooltip should change.

Actual Behaviour

The observer view moves, but the latitude value in the location window and bottom bar does not change. Screenshot_20200929_231828

Steps to reproduce

Change latitude, longitude or altitude value using command line POST request (as described above) or Stellarium web (remote control) interface.
