Default installation path changed from "Program Files" to "Program Files (x86)" in v23.1 on win64

Expected Behaviour

v23.1 should install under "Program Files" like all the previous Stellarium win64 installer.

Moreover, users like me who upgrade their v1.2 installation will now have two Stellarium installation under "Program Files" for v1.2 and "Program Files (x86)" for v23.1 if you don't change the default installation path.
